MADE IN THE SOUTH is a mainly a clothing brand inspired by southern culture and lifestyle. Originally a vintage clothing company our business has evolved into a brand that has created a sense of pride and unity across all ages, demographics and backgrounds.

MADE IN THE SOUTH combines western and vintage elements with modern aesthetics to curate unique pieces that everyone will love.

ABOUT US

We are a family owned business. Andrew, originally from Houston, Texas, began his entrepreneurship journey as a junior in college at the University of North Carolina Greensboro selling vintage clothing out of his dorm room. Shortly after graduating he moved back to Houston and opened his first store in 2015. There he would meet Chelsee, originally from Garland, who was attending University of Houston and they would begin working together as she became the photographer for the store. After graduating U of H we would become business partners and later marry in 2019. 

 After Covid, we ultimately decided to close our Houston store and transitioned the business soley online. Once we moved to Dallas, the business began to evolve as we officially launched the brand, MADE IN THE SOUTH. It wasn't long before the brand quickly became the most prominent streetwear and lifestyle brand in Dallas. With the growing demand, we decided to open a new retail location in Garland, Texas in March 2026.
